Rosas Medical Center – Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Purpose and Scope

This Membership Agreement (“Membership”) is not health insurance. Enrollment in the Membership provides access to a defined set of healthcare services and exclusive discounts on medical-related offerings delivered by Rosas Medical Center (“Rosas MC”).

  1. Covered Services and Discount Benefits

2.1 Included Services:

The scope of services provided under the Membership is subject to the tier selected by the member. Typical services may include:

  • In-person and Telehealth general medical consultations.
  • Laboratory tests and diagnostic screenings.
  • Preventive care and wellness monitoring.
  • Outpatient mental health consultations.
  • Basic gynecological evaluations and preventive exams.

2.2 Discount Benefits:

Discounts vary based on membership level and the specific service provider. Members may be eligible for discounts on:

  • Minor medical procedures and in-clinic outpatient surgeries.
  • Urgent but non-emergent care provided onsite.
  • Diagnostic imaging via affiliated external providers.
  • Healthcare-related goods and third-party services offered through Rosas MC.
  1. Access to External Providers

3.1 Network Access:

Rosas MC maintains a network of affiliated healthcare providers offering preferential pricing to members. The current list of participating providers is available on the official website and is updated periodically.

3.2 Third-Party Providers:

Members may independently access services through non-affiliated providers. In such cases, the member assumes full financial responsibility. If Rosas MC has an agreement in place with that provider, the member may access negotiated rates, but Rosas MC does not assume liability for charges incurred with third parties.

  1. Membership Fees and Renewals

4.1 Fee Structure:

Membership fees vary by plan and include a one-time enrollment fee and periodic payments (monthly, semi-annual, or annual), as designated at the time of subscription.

4.2 Payment Methods:

Fees may be paid via credit card, debit card, or cash. Recurring payments will be processed automatically unless Rosas MC receives written notice of cancellation.

4.3 Automatic Renewal:

Membership renews automatically each month unless the member requests cancellation in writing to membership@rosasmedicalcenter.com at least 21 days before the next billing cycle

4.4 Membership Reinstatement:

Temporary suspensions are not permitted. In cases of payment interruption, reactivation requires re-enrollment and repayment of the enrollment fee.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Member-Initiated Cancellation:

Members may cancel within the first 30 days to receive a refund of all prepaid fees, excluding the enrollment fee and first monthly charge. After this period, cancellations are permitted at any time, but no refunds are issued.

5.2 Cancellation by Rosas MC:

Rosas MC reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership for:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent activity or criminal behavior
  • Abusive conduct toward staff, patients, or members

In such cases, Rosas MC will issue a prorated refund for unused full months, excluding the enrollment fee and the current month’s dues.

  1. Service Availability

6.1 Hours of Operation:

Services are available during the regular business hours of Rosas MC and participating providers. Business hours vary and should be confirmed directly with each provider.

6.2 Geographic Limitations:

Service availability and discount applicability may vary by location. Certain services may not be accessible in all areas.

6.3 Service Modification:

Rosas MC reserves the right to revise the included services without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the website and/or communicated via email.

  1. Annual Prize Drawing

7.1 Eligibility:

The annual prize drawing is open to active members over the age of 18 with valid membership at the time of the drawing.

7.2 Prize Information:

Awards may vary each year and are announced through Rosas MC’s website and official social media platforms.

7.3 Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via email or phone, and their names may be published on Rosas MC’s website and social channels.

  1. General Provisions

8.1 Non-Transferability:

Memberships are individual and non-transferable.

8.2 Compliance:

Use of Membership is subject to Rosas MC’s internal policies, including codes of conduct and prior authorization protocols, which are published on the official website.

8.3 Amendments:

Rosas MC may amend these Terms at any time with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8.4 Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

8.5 Severability:

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

8.6 Entire Agreement:

These Terms supersede all previous agreements, oral or written, relating to the Membership.
