The membership program is designed to offer exclusive benefits and personalized healthcare services to our members, in addition to discounts on services not included in the membership, whether those services are offered in our clinic or by third parties.

Memberships typically include access to general medical consultations, basic laboratory tests, preventive care, mental health support, and more depending on the selected membership plan.

Yes, members have access to both in-person and Telehealth consultations, depending on the plan selected.

No, the Rosas Medical Center Membership is not insurance. It is a direct healthcare access model designed for individuals with or without insurance.

Yes. While some services are included, others—such as imaging studies or specialist care—may be offered at discounted rates through our network of third-party providers.

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash. Monthly, semi-annual, and annual payment options are available.

Yes. Members may cancel their membership at any time. If cancelled within the first 30 days, a refund of prepaid fees (excluding enrollment and the first month) is issued.

Your membership will be suspended. To reactivate, you must re-enroll and pay the enrollment fee again.

No. Discounts are available both for services provided in-house and through participating third-party providers.

Yes, we offer family membership plans that cover multiple members of a household at a discounted group rate.
